WHAT IS FOCUSING ANYWAYS?
It is a radical way of listening to yourself, from the inside out; it is listening, resonating and unconditionally accepting what your body’s wisdom is communicating to you.
Focusing is a different approach from our cultural ways to self-help and self-management of all your life situations (developmental tasks, life tasks & spiritual tasks) and desires (needs).
Focusing is an innate way of being present with oneself – you learn to be with what you are feeling, sensing or experiencing with interested, gentle and respectful curiosity.
Focusing involves interacting with the bodily felt sense thus moving forward in one’s life situations – challenges and/or desires.
